When we met he showed me a sample report & how to navigate the various sections. He explained what he would be doing during the inspection. After he completed the inspection, he walked me through the space to point out what he found and why it was an issue. He gave some tips for good maintenance & showed me where to find shut off valves, etc. I received the report later the same day. Kelly was kind, respectful and spoke in layman's terms. I found the inspection to be first rate. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!
